Owner of that ox was selling it at a very low price because that Ox was very lazy even after beat it did not do work properly, he only eats and sleeps.

He takes a stick and fix fooder in that and ties that a little further to Ox because of which it is away from the research of ox and then he starts to walk to get the reward, he used to walk and walk but was unable to get the reward.
